#TargetGenderEquality Global Q&A session

This session will provide an opportunity to dive deeper into real life examples, learning from Udette Spencer’s experience both leading the Women’s Leadership Network at Mastercard together with manifold other inclusive workplace initiatives, as well as her involvement in the leadership of the 30% Club. The latter is a global initaitive encouraging transparent target setting for women’s leadership at all types of organizations around the world. We will also dive into Mastercard’s experience of implementing strategies across different local contexts and economies. During this session, you’ll get to ask all your questions around inclusive workplace strategies and dilemmas you might have encountered or are anticipating along the way!
